Woman reveals how she ALWAYS takes an extra bag on flights for free

MOST airlines only let you take one piece of luggage into the cabin, unless you want to pay extra.

But one woman has shared how she manages to take an extra bag on flights for free - although a lot of people are not convinced it would actually work.

Tiktok user posted a video on the social media platform of her at an airport, after claiming that she was not allowed to board with a suitcase and her handbag.

The video, which has gone viral, shows her holding a purse as well as a small suitcase.

She said in the video: "Aegean Airlines didn't allow me to carry an extra purse.

"But it allowed me wearing it as a belt bag."

She showed how she threaded her purse strap through her belt loops and wore it as a bum bag instead.

However, most watchers were sceptical of the tip and have made their feelings known in the comments section.

One person wrote: ";Not possible. I fly Aegean often never happened."

Another person commented: "That doesn't stand!"

And another simply wrote: "No way."

However, some people seemed impressed by the idea, with one person commenting: "So smart", and another writing: "Nice tip".

Travellers should check the airline rules before attempting this trick though, as some budget carriers don't allow passengers to take an extra bag in addition to the carry on luggage.

Another Tiktok user also took to the social media site to share a hack on how to get more hand luggage on a flight.

But be warned, one Tiktok user was banned from an airline after posting a 'hack' on how to get free baggage while travelling.
