You can now walk up the UK’s tallest rollercoaster as terrifying new attraction opens
YOU can walk up the UK's tallest rollercoaster in a terrifying new attraction - but are you brave enough to do it?
Thrill-seekers can walk up The Big One at Blackpool Pleasure Beach to reach the dizzying height of 235ft.
Participants will get kitted out in harnesses and protective clothing before arriving at the iconic rollercoaster.
To reach the top, adrenaline junkies must climb 420 steps to access two viewing platforms.
While you walk, a guide will recount some stories and facts about the ride.
Once you reach the top, you can take pictures and enjoy uninterrupted views of the ride, the rest of the theme park and the sea.
The Walk the Big One XL tour has currently got three dates available for people to come and try out the new attraction - in April, May and June.
The theme park has said it will add more dates if there is the demand from members of the public.
