Mums reveal the best carry on luggage to avoid lost suitcases this summer
A NUMBER of mums have revealed the best carry on bags to take on holiday this summer to avoid losing your suitcase.
Many families have had their luggage lost or damaged in recent weeks, with Heathrow baggage piled high outside of the terminal last month.

To avoid this happening, Brits can take their suitcases onto the plane with them, if they fit the regulation of the airline.
Most airlines allow suitcases no larger than 56cm x 45 x 25cm to be taken into the cabin.
And women on Mumsnet have shared their best ones to take on your next trip abroad, after one asked for the "best carry-on bag + handbag combo for long haul".

For travellers who want more of a suitcase than a backpack, than one mum swears by another brand.
She wrote: "I have a that I’m ver pleased with, it’s soft not hard shell so you stuff it, there’s expandable extra zip so it can compress for stingy airlines and it has a pocket to hold a mobile charging pack with path to feed the wire out so you can easily charge your phone whilst hanging around the airport."
