IF YOU want to save cash next time you fly Ryanair, you may want to avoid taking a suitcase.

And one woman has revealed how to take a week's worth of holiday clothes in a tiny backpack that fits underneath the seat - which is totally free with the airline.

A packing expert has revealed how to pack for a week-long holiday without paying for hand luggage
, teamed up with for the packing hack.

She showed a large carry-on suitcase full of clothes and toiletries, and showed how to fit it into a much smaller bag.

Sophie said she managed to pack four bottoms, five pairs of shorts, four tops, four dresses and seven pieces of beachwear, as well as a belt, flip flops, her toiletries, hair straighteners and other hair care bits.

She told her thousands of followers: "Starting with the case I'm going to file fold everything in.

"This way I can see it all and I don't even need to unpack when I get there.

She said she then switches from folding to rolling, as she swears by doing both when packing a suitcase.

She continued: "Now I've swapped from a roll to a fold so I can use every single pocket available and use every little nook and cranny."

With that bag full, she then revealed how she also takes seven bikinis with her.

She continued: "Everything fits in the carry on so now I'm going to show you a super handy pack hack using this travel pillow which means you can take a bikini for every single day of the week for free even when your bag is totally full to the brim."

Taking the filling out, she used the travel pillow itself to fit in her swimwear, then zipped it closed.
