Holidays on Royal Caribbean’s brand-new Icon of the Seas cruise ship now on sale – from £2,123pp

ROYAL Caribbean has opened bookings for the brand-new Icon of the Seas cruise.

The deals start from £303pp a night, with deposits from £99pp.

From January 2024, the 7,600-passenger mega ship will be stationed in Miami and operate seven-night Caribbean cruises.

The cruise will stop at Perfect Day at CocoCay, a private island owned by Royal Caribbean in the Bahamas, as well as a number of other locations, including Cozumel in Mexico, St. Maarten and Honduras.

The ship will boast 28 different room types, including 14 brand-new categories that are geared at families and groups.

For instance, guests can experience the new Ultimate Family Townhouse, which can sleep up to eight passengers.

The three-story apartment will also give guests direct access to the Surfside neighbourhood.

Royal Caribbean said the ship will have "eight neighbourhoods", including the newly created family-friendly Surfside and Thrill Island, where guests can enjoy the "biggest water park at sea."
