We have also revealed our top tips to find the cheapest stay available.
1. Go Midweek
Choosing midweek stays for your next UK staycation is an excellent idea as these days frequently offer cheaper rates and fewer crowds.
2. Bring the Whole Family
Bringing the full family can be a cost-effective plan because many parks offer family discounts or lower rates for larger groups - bringing the price down to as low as £3pp a night.
3. Go off-peak
We understand that going off-peak isn't always possible, as most families will want to go during the school holidays or half-terms.
However, when possible, midweek stays during the off-peak season of early spring and autumn can present some big savings.
The hottest dates to book are usually during half-terms, Easter holidays, bank holiday weekends and summer holidays.
These are the dates you should be looking out for in 2024:
- Easter holidays - from March 29 to April 12
- Early May bank holiday - May 6
- Spring bank holiday - May 27
- School summer holidays - from July 24 to September 3
- Summer bank holiday - August 26
