is the brainchild of Fairytale Farm founders Nick and Nicola who invite visitors "to step back in time and experience the thrill of the Mesozoic Era" this half-term.

Inside the new attraction, families will be able to encounter life-size dinosaurs in the heart of the farm's Dino Valley.

There are plenty of other activities inside the new attraction, including a "dino dig" where children can channel their "inner paleontologists and discover hidden fossils".

Families can also get up close and personal with a Dino Trainer Ranger and watch his Raptor hatchling.

The new attraction will also feature a timeline trail, engaging trivia, and dinosaur trivia too.

In addition to the educational aspects of the attraction, there will also be a dinosaur-themed disco and families will be able to meet Darcey, a dancing T-Rex, too.

There will also be a scavenger hunt, face-painting stations, and dinosaur-themed crafts.

Those younger visitors who come dressed in their best dinosaur costumes will also receive a sweet treat when they arrive.

Last year, Fairytale Farm opened Fairy Dell, a £250k fairytale attraction, with giant mushrooms, toadstools, raised walkways, bridges, and crawl tunnels.

Inside the Fairy Dell, guests are reduced to the size of fairies as they make their way around the play area.

There are also climbing walls, slides, clamber nets, and interactive games.

Other activities at Fairytale Farm include the Enchanted Walk with a Mermaid Garden and a Fairytale Street.

Meanwhile, Jack's Yard has a sandpit, a giant rabbit burrow, and a Snow White garden among other features.

And if that isn't enough, there's also a Wilderness Walk with a bird feeding station and a giant vegetable patch.

start from just over £7.19 per person and visitors can save up to £0.80 if tickets are purchased in advance online.

Guests will need to arrive at Fairytale Farm in their allotted time slot.

Once Upon a Dinosaur will run from February 10, 2024, until February 18, 2024, and Fairytale Farm is open from 10am until 5pm.

Fairytale Farm is a 40-minute drive from Oxford, and it's a 53-minute drive from Cheltenham.

The attraction has been praised by visitors on TripAdvisor in recent years.

One person wrote: "A brilliant day out with our children. They thoroughly enjoyed their visit and exploring all the different areas and activities."

Someone else added: "An excellent day out for young children with plenty to do."

A third person wrote: "What a fabulous little place to take a young family. Although the actual farm with the animals was tiny, the rest of the attraction was great!"

There are plenty of other dinosaur-themed attractions to visit in the UK too, including Roarr! in Lenwade, Norfolk.

The dinosaur-dedicated adventure park is set to open a new £4million themed land in 2026.

Known as Gigantosaurus Land, the four-acre interactive play park will centre around the internationally renowned TV show.
