Forget bricks and mortar, the best buildings in the world are actually built out of wood.
A new book by the designer William Hall called ‘Wood’ looks at all of the incredible structures around the world that are made from timber.
From, a six-storey bamboo home in Bali to a Norwegian church built entirely from pine, the coffee table book covers 170 amazing structures that have been built over the last 1,000 years.
