A PUB right by the sea has revealed some of their stunning plans to reopen.
The Iron Duke in Great Yarmouth was designed in the 1930s, with building works finished in 1948.
However it has been left empty since 2008, and nearly demolished.
Now, new plans hope to resort the Art Deco pub, launched by The Great Yarmouth Preservation Trust (GYPT) after they bought it in 2021.
Nearly £300,000 has been raised for the restoration from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
The plans include a pub in one of the two original bars called Duke's Bar.

Inside will be 1930s decor similar to the era it as built in, as well as local beers and cocktails.
A terrace at the front will open as a beer garden in the summer.
The second bar will be turned into a restaurant called Iron Chop House with an open kitchen and grill.
Options on the menu will be fish, meat and vegetable dishes, rather than a just a previously suggested burger bar.

The second floor will be turned into two holiday flats, with one having a roof terrace.
Chris Carr, co-owner of Zaks who are being the plans, said: "We are excited by this new concept of a restaurant that is supported by what Zaks has done for many years.
"We want to make the place a destination rather than just a restaurant."
If given the go-ahead, works will start early 2025, and open by spring 2026.
Bernard Williams, chairman of GYPT told : "This is an extraordinarily exciting project which will see a fascinating and beautiful building brought back to life.
"There have been extensive below-ground surveys, historic paint analysis; even unexploded bomb surveys.
"All this work, together with the sensitive architectural design work and business planning, will help get the building restored and back in use."
It's not the only big plan for Great Yarmouth.
Wellington Pier could soon double in size, with a much larger amusement arcade.
