Holidaymakers can’t stop sharing photos of penis-shaped pools they’ve spotted in hotels

HOTELS are tough to design - you have to work out where to fit the lifts, how to make a comfy room out of a shoe box and adhere to all of the health and safety regulations.
But the builders often struggle with something a lot more simple - the swimming pools.
Because it seems that they can't stop building pools shaped like penises.
That might sound like an overreaction, but there are several hotel pools out there that pass a close resemblance to a man's private area.
While this oversight during planning might often be missed on a normal house - when the pool is surrounded by a multi-storey hotel... it will always be spotted.
The problem appears to arise because of the need for deep and shallow areas in the pool.
A wider shallow area at one end means the structure tends to mushroom at either side.
At the same time, there is often a separate paddling area at the other end of the pool, which is why it is cut off from the main structure.
This combination has the unfortunate effect of making it look like a man's penis and testicles.
