Served in the hotel’s fancy drawing room, the doggy tea includes a range of treats like chicken and beef meatloaf, homemade dog biscuits and dog ice cream.

They are also handed a bowl of ‘Pawsecco’ to wash the lot down in style.

Human guests have a slightly more expensive tea on offer – with prices starting from 40 per person for the Traditional Afternoon Tea.

This includes finger sandwiches and pastries, scones with cream and jam, plus tea and coffee.

Buster Presutti Posey is the hotel’s COO, which stands for Canine Operating Officer.

He’s on hand to provide guests with licks and cuddles if they need it – all they have to do is call down to reception for puppy room service.

The hotel also offers pet packages for guests who want to bring their own dog with them to the hotel.
