Incredible Fiji private island where every single villa has an infinity pool with unbeatable views – but you’ll need £2,000 a night to stay there
DREAMING of the ultimate getaway?
Well, look no further as this Fijian island could be your private paradise - that is, if you have a spare £2,000 per night.
Incredible images show the lush green island from above surrounded by turquoise waters; the white, sandy beaches; and even a helipad so you can arrive in style.
Other striking shots show the luxury residences on offer, with a beach shack, the spacious bedroom of a beachfront villa and the shimmering pool with sun loungers around it.
Kokomo Private Island is currently listed on with prices starting at £2,000 a night for a one-bed beachfront villa.
According to its listing, the island, encircled by the Great Astrolabe Reef, is "located just 45-minutes from Nadi International Airport, and accessible via private helicopter and seaplane transfer."
It has pristine reefs, azure waters and spectacular white sand beaches, and you can even experience panoramic views of the Fijian Islands as you transfer there.
And it's great for those who love their space, as on the island "privacy is paramount, service is superior and our guests are our priority".
The listing continues: "Spread sparingly along the island’s two longest beaches and scattered across the hilltops, our luxurious accommodation has been designed with privacy, comfort and relaxation in mind."
There are 21 Beachfront Villas and five Luxury Residences, all boasting private infinity pools, stirring panoramic views and lush tropical gardens.
Designed by Australian property developer Lang Walker, the exclusive spot is "a private escape for the inter-generational traveller, a paradise for explorers in search of unique experiences, and a haven for honeymooners.”
Kokomo Private Island is poised to become a “world-class” dining destination under the leadership of Executive Chef, Cory Campbell.
Working with local growers, fishermen and Kokomo’s own farmer to harvest and produce seasonal culinary delights, Campbell will champion the island’s dock-to-dish and farm-to-table approach and further personalise the island’s approach to service.
According to its listing: “Beachfront, poolside, destination and in-villa dining is available from sunrise to sunset, with all menus updated daily to champion Fiji’s seasonal, flavoursome produce.
“Don’t miss Head Chef, Caroline Oakley, who runs Walker d’Plank restaurant without a menu, custom-tailoring each dish, according to your preferences.”
Kokomo Private Island offers an array of exhilarating activities and cultural adventures. Enjoy one of the best dive and snorkelling spots on the planet, go deep sea fishing, kayak around the island at sunrise or take an excursion to a nearby island.
For those in search of a restorative escape, relax in the Yaukuve Spa Sanctuary, unwind with a yoga class, or lounge poolside with a cocktail.
