THE best hotels in the UK have been named in the AA Hospitality Awards 2019 and the winners are home to features including eco tree-house suites and even palm tree lined restaurants.
With hotels across England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland, we reveal where you should stay next.
Many of the hotels feature the finest food at their in-house restaurants, as well as activities including outdoor sports and indoor masterclasses.
The AA also revealed the best spa hotels, eco hotels as well as the best chefs and housekeeping across the country.
Here are just some of the winners for 2019.
Hotel of the Year, England – Chewton Glen, New Milton
The hotel of the year for England was in Hampshire.
Along with an indoor and outdoor pool, guests can even play tennis, golf, and croquet, along clay shooting and archery.
Their latest addition is their eco-friendly tree house suites, which feature hot tubs and floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the forest - as well as a breakfast hamper delivered to your door.
Hotel of the Year, London – The Landmark, London, NW1
in London is known for its stunning central atrium, which is home to the Winter Garden Restaurant and six-storey high palm trees.
The Victorian railway hotel was formerly called the Grand Central Hotel, located near Marylebone station, and opened in 1899.
It re-opened in 1993, and is often voted as having the best breakfast in London.
Hotel of the Year, Wales – The Grove, Narbeth
With just 14 rooms, in Pembrokshire has been voted the best hotel in Wales.
There are also 12 cottages on the 26-acre land, with spa treatments available in the comfort of your bedroom.
The hotel is also dog-friendly, with the coast just a 12 minute drive away.
Hotel of the Year, Scotland – The Gleneagles Hotel, Auchterarder
won the award for Hotel of the Year in Scotland.
The hotel features the only two-Michelin-starred restaurant, Andrew Fairlie.
Outdoorsy guests can make the most of the activities, with everything from falconry and archery to horse riding and off-road driving available.
Hotel of the Year, Northern Ireland – The Fitzwilliam, Belfast
Also known as , the hotel in Northern Ireland has some of the best views of Belfast with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city.
They also offer events such as Murder Mystery nights and cocktail masterclasses.
Earlier this year, the hotel completed its second stage of redevelopment, coming to £5 million invested in the hotel since 2016.
