The Boys launches spin-off series set at Vought college pushing young superheroes to ‘physical and moral boundaries’
AMAZON Prime is reportedly developing a spin-off series to its hit show The Boys, just weeks after the second season premiered.
The new show will reportedly be set at a Vought International college exclusively for young adult superheroes where “physical, sexual, and moral boundaries” will be tested.
The adaptation of graphic novel The Boys has been such a big success for Amazon, with audiences for the series reportedly grown by 89% since the first season.
Thought to have been in development for some time, the as-yet unnamed project is being fast-tracked due to the success of the recent series.
The basic premise of the show will see the highs and lows of young adult superheroes attending America’s only college exclusively for Supes.
Run by the evil Vought International, the show will explore the lives of hormonal, competitive Supes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the best contracts in the best cities.

It’s been described by show writer Craig Rosenberg as “part college show, part Hunger Games — with all the heart, satire and raunch of The Boys.”
Rosenberg, who is an executive producer on the show alongside Eric Kripke, will be overseeing the new series, writing the pilot and shepherding it into existence as Amazon sets it on the fast track.
At this point it's unclear which, if any, characters from The Boys might appear in the series, though references to Homelander and The Seven seem likely.
The Boys season three was confirmed before the second had even premiered, and Seth Rogen previously claimed it's the most popular project he's ever been involved with.
