NORMAN Reedus found himself in hot water with fans of The Walking Dead after his latest Instagram post.
The AMC drama aired its hotly-anticipated season 10 finale this week, which was heavily delayed amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Reedus' character Norman Reedus certainly pulled his weight in the battle againt The Whisperers, who had laid siege to the allied communities with their colossal herd of walkers.
However, Daryl managed to scatter their forces after taking out Beta (Ryan Hurst).
Daryl delivered a slash to his arm, before plunging two hunting knives into his eyes in gory scenes.
Beta was later eaten alive by the zombies he lead into battle, ending his brief reign of terror in the wake of Alpha's (Samantha Morton) death.

While fans were thrilled to see Daryl deliver the killing blow, they were less pleased with Norman Reedus' subsequent post on Instagram to conmemorate the moment.
He shared a picture of Daryl looming over Beta with his knives drawn, alongside the caption: "Love [heart] this guy."
Fans quickly took to the comments section to accuse him of giving the death away too early.
"What the f**k, you just spoiled it," one fan moaned, while another compalined: "Ugh I haven't watched it yet."
