Who owns Gwrych Castle?
THE I'm A Celebrity 2020 stars are settling into life in Gwrych Castle.
The creepy historic building is being used instead of the Aussie jungle due to filming restrictions because of the coronavirus pandemic.
He hopes to fully restore it and open the castle up to the public.
Mr Baker said phase one of the rebuild could cost £10million and the fee from ITV - which is reportedly £300,000 - will pay for just one part of the roof.
Mark said he initially ignored ITV's email asking to use the castle for I'm A Celebrity.
He told the Radio Times: "It mentioned a major proposal for a television programme, asking me to call urgently.
"But in my job I get loads of strange emails from people claiming to be princes of Egypt with millions of pounds.
"I thought it was one of those, so I just left it."
How old is Gwrych Castle?
According to Ant and Dec on the opening episode of I'm A Celebrity 2020, the castle is 200 hundred years old.
Well, Gwrych Castle was built between 1810 and 1825 by Lloyd Hesketh Bamford-Hesketh, so it is actually 175 years old.
The castle played an important role in World War II, as the Government used it to house 200 Jewish refugees.
It also served as the training grounds for English World Middleweight boxing champion Randolph Turpin in the early 1950s.
