Over the years, Law & Order: SVU has seen several stars roll through the station house.
Long-time cast members who have left the show include Chris Meloni (Elliot Stabler), Dann Florek (Donald Cragen), Richard Belzer (John Munch), BD Wong (Dr George Huang), Diane Neal (Casey Novak), Stephanie March (Alexandra Cabot), Danny Pino (Nick Amaro), Raúl Esparza (Rafael Barba), and Kelli Giddish (Amanda Rollins).

Mariska Hargitay
Mariska Hargitay portrays the role of Captain Olivia "Liv" Benson.
The daughter of Mickey Hargitay, she has been with the show since its very first episode in 1999.
Hargitay has also been seen making cameo appearances as Olivia in Law & Order: Organized Crime, Law & Order, and Chicago PD.
Ice-T
Tracy Lauren Marrow, better known by the stage name Ice-T, portrays the role of Sergeant Odafin "Fin" Tutuola.
Like Hargitay, he has also been seen in Law & Order: Organized Crime.
Outside of acting, Ice-T is known for his rapping career.
Peter Scanavino
Peter Scanavino portrays the role of ADA Dominick "Sonny" Carisi Jr.
He first joined the show in 2013 and has also been seen in Law & Order: OC and Chicago PD.
Outside of SVU, he's known for his roles in Deception, Frances Ha, and Happythankyoumoreplease.
Octavio Pisano
She departed the show in the middle of season twenty-four.
Season 25 of Law & Order: SVU begins on January 18, 2024.
