Lauren Goodger pays moving tribute to Nikki Grahame as she remembers meeting star in a toilet before Big Brother fame
LAUREN Goodger has paid a moving tribute to Nikki Grahame as she revealed the moment they first met before she found fame on Big Brother.
Nikki died last week at the age of 38 following a long battle with anorexia.
Lauren, who herself found fame on reality TV through The Only Way is Essex, expressed her sadness over Nikki's death.
"I was so sad to hear the news about the passing of Nikki Grahame following her battle with anorexia," she wrote in her .
Lauren, 34, recalled meeting the lively character and revealed: "I met her once before she went into in a restaurant in London - in the ladies' toilet!
"She was very over the top and we had a chat, so it was a shock when I saw her in the Big Brother house."
She added: "We never crossed paths while I was in the public eye, but I've found her death so sad.
"Again, it's mental health. So many things can trigger it. She was so funny and I'm sending love to her mum and family."
Lauren is expecting her first child with boyfriend Charles Drury this summer.
The couple found out they were having a baby girl by popping a gender reveal balloon, which released pink confetti.
Lauren recently has revealed her lips have swollen as a result of her pregnancy.
She shared a screenshot of her searching 'why do lips swell in pregnancy' on Google.
