Inside Teen Mom Kailyn Lowry’s baby daddy Jo Rivera’s nearly $1M real estate empire featuring 12 Delaware homes

TEEN Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry’s baby daddy Jo Rivera has a real estate empire worth over $1million, as he owns twelve Delaware homes. 

, 29, shares son Isaac, 11, with her ex-boyfriend Jo, who is also dad to daughter Vivi, 6, with his wife Vee, 30.

The Sun can exclusively reveal Jo, 29, has a real estate empire worth $1,020,250. 

According to property records obtained by The Sun, Jo and Vee live in a four-bedroom, three-bathroom Delaware home. 

They purchased the 2,480 square-foot home in 2015 for $186,000.

The spacious house boasts a brick fireplace, jetted tub in the bathroom, walk-in closet in the master bedroom and more amenities. 

The outside features an in-ground pool, deck and is an hour drive to the beach. 

Vee has given fans updates on their remodeling journey, as she showed off their new bathroom featuring champagne finishes and a new vanity.

She also gave a glimpse inside her boho-style living room.

In May 2017, the dad dropped $65,000 on a house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The residence has been rented out since September 2017 for $1,350.

In July 2017, Jo bought a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home for $100,000.

The abode has been rented for $1,300 since September 2017. 

Then in August 2017, Jo purchased a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home for $127,900.

The house has been rented for $1,400 a month since April 2018. 

In May 2019, he bought a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home for $53,000.

The home has not been listed for sale or rent.

The same month, Jo also bought an abode under his company Rivera Property Group, LLC, which he launched in 2017. 

He dropped $69,000 on a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home, which he has been renting out for $1,350 a month since November 2019.

A month later, he bought a three-bedroom, one-bathroom abode for $65,000.

The home has not been listed for sale or rent.

In July 2019, Jo spent $37,000 on a three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence.

In August 2020, the reality star dropped $94,000 on a home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The home has not been listed for sale or rent.

Then in June 2021, Jon dropped $35,000 on a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home. 

The next month, he spent $103,350 on a four-bedroom, one-bathroom house. 

In September, the dad of two bought one acre of land for $85,000.

REAL ESTATE MOGUL

While Jo does not have a real estate agent license, his wife Vee does to be able to work with her husband. 

She has teamed up with Kailyn for the podcast Baby Mamas No Drama. 

On a January episode, Jo joined Vee to discuss real estate. 

Jo said: “I am not a real estate agent. I actually cannot do some of the things I do if I did have a real estate license in the state of Delaware. There are some regulations that don’t allow you to sign contracts, purchase properties in certain types of ways. 

“We had Vee get a real estate license so we can act as two separate parts and work together. Keep some money in house!"

He continued of when he first got into the business: “I was looking at 30, 40, 50 houses a month, making 10 offers a week, it was insane. I did that for two to three months. We ended up getting three offers accepted in one shot.

“I had set a goal of having bought 55 units in the next three years, which I have almost accomplished at this point.”
