Gogglebox’s Amy Tapper shows off her 3.5 stone weight loss in white dress as she celebrates friend’s birthday
GOGGLEBOX'S Amy Tapper showed off her three and a half stone weight loss in a pretty white dress as she celebrated a pal's birthday.
The 21-year-old star revealed that she'd sprained her ankle and been left in bandages after the fun-filled night, but was pleased to have snaps to share from the event.
Amy attended the outdoor bash over the weekend, with her pal setting up a gazebo in the garden in line with government guidelines, and decorating with pink and white balloons.
The TV favourite posed in front of the display, showing off her white dress with puff sleeves and frill detailing.
Amy braved the cold as she kept her legs bare, and wore comfortable trainers to complete the look.
She beamed for the camera with one hand on her hip, drawing attention to her trimmer waist.
A second photo saw Amy posing with the birthday girl in front of a white flower wall, with the star captioning the post: "Might of left with a sprained ankle but at least I got some good pics🤪🙈"
Earlier today, Amy showed off her injured foot on her Instagram Story, with her ankle protected in a bandage.
She wrote alongside the pic: "Injured trooper I am".
Amy has overhauled her lifestyle since shooting to fame on Gogglebox as a teenager in 2013.
The star has shed three and a half stone through healthy diet and exercise, and previously told The Sun that she is happier than ever with her body.
She confessed that she used to cry after being targeted by cruel trolls while she appeared on the Channel 4 show, which she and her family starred in for five years.
They left the programme in 2018, with Amy going on to search for love in Celebs Go Dating.
Despite her transformation, Amy recently revealed that she still gets targeted by vile online haters, saying earlier this year that she could easily "cry her eyes out" at the nasty remarks.
She also hit out at "backhanded compliments" after she was told that she still needs to lose more weight after shedding over three stone.
Amy said at the time: "Don't be like: 'Well done, another three stone to go' because when you think about it, that's more of an insult than a compliment.
"Especially if you don't actually personally know me."
She defiantly went on to add: "Excuse the rant, I love all of you and your comments and support but unfortunately it's ones like that that stick out."
