Piers Morgan drops huge hint he could return to GMB TOMORROW after Dominic Cummings’ bombshell Covid revelations
PIERS Morgan has dropped a huge hint that he could return to Good Morning Britain TOMORROW after Dominic Cummings' bombshell Covid revelations.
The presenter, 56, who infamously quit the ITV show back in March, is known for airing his outspoken opinions on various matters.
Over the past year the telly star has made his opinion on how the government has handled the ongoing coronavirus pandemic very clear.
And today Boris Johnson's former top adviser Dominic Cummings has faced questions from lawmakers over how they have handled it all.
He has claimed that the Prime Minister was warned by top civil servants about how serious it was, and dismissed it as "the new swine flu".
Over the course of the day Piers has taken to Twitter to show his disappointment over the revelations.
"Wish I was on TV tomorrow morning. The Govt needs torching after this #Cummings testimony," Piers wrote in one tweet.
However Brits will know that the controversial journalist infamously stormed off the set of GMB after he was slated by co-star Alex Beresford for his comments towards Meghan Markle in her royal bombshell interview.
After six years co-presenting the breakfast programme alongside Susanna Reid, Piers decided to quit.
Shortly after he resigned 120,000 fans signed a petition for him to make an epic return, and two months on a lot of them still feel the same way.
