Teen Mom Maci Bookout & husband Taylor McKinney drop $339K on massive 48-acre Tennessee property
TEEN Mom Maci Bookout and her husband, Taylor McKinney, have dropped $339,000 on a massive 48-acre property in Tennessee.
The Sun can exclusively reveal , 29, and Taylor, 32, bought 48 acres of land for $339,000 in Cleveland, Tennessee on March 22, 2021.

According to real estate sites, the property is described as a “serene country setting that offers just the right amount of privacy while still being convenient to town.
“This country retreat offers plenty of wildlife and lots of privacy.”
The websites urge buyers to “build their dream home” on the land.
Maci and Taylor currently live in a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Tennessee mansion, which is only minutes away from the land, with their children Bentley, 12, Jayde, 6, and Maverick, 5.
The 3,558 sqft home, which was built in 2007, features cathedral ceilings, two stories of windows, a fireplace, four-car garage and more.
The kitchen, which Maci has filmed in for Teen Mom OG, features granite counter tops and island, and stainless steel sink and appliances.
The stairs and fireplace have stacked stones.
The backyard has a massive in-ground pool
The home sits on a 6.87 acre property.
In addition to Teen Mom OG, Maci and her husband own clothing company TTM Lifestyle.
Maci isn’t the first Teen Mom star to purchase land.
Former Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska built a $418,000 .
She shares the home with her husband, Cole DeBoer, and their four children.

She revealed on her podcast Coffee Convos with co-star Lindsie Chrisley: "We'll go to settlement next month. I'm super, super, super excited about it.
"I don't know exactly when we're going to break ground, only because I guess because of Covid... So I'll have the land either way. I'm not doing land in a development. There's no builder tie-in.
"It's just like land by itself. I'm hoping to break ground in early 2021. But we'll see. I guess it just depends on the bank.”
