Dani Dyer and Sammy Kimmence spent his first Father’s Day together after his sentencing is delayed
DANI Dyer and Sammy Kimmence spent his first Father’s Day together after his sentencing was delayed.
Kimmence, 25, was due to be sentenced at Portsmouth Crown Court on June 11 after pleading guilty to conning two OAPs out of almost £34,000.
However Kimmence’s day in court has since been delayed, meaning he was able to spend his first Father’s Day with EastEnders star Dani, 24, and their baby son Santiago.
A source said: “Sammy was due in court on June 11 to be sentenced for his crime.
“However shortly before he was informed that his sentencing was going to be delayed.
“The pandemic has done this to a number of cases in court and Sammy is one of them.
“The delay meant he was able to spend this special day with Dani and their baby son Santiago.
“Sammy put his hands up and admitted his crime and he will take his punishment when the time comes.”
Former Love Island winner Dani has stood by Kimmence throughout his previous trials and pals said she would continue to do so.
Kimmence pleaded guilty to five counts of fraud in April this year.
He duped Peter Martin, 90, and Peter Haynes, 80, after posing as a financial advisor.
His victims were said to have been clients at a legitimate investment company where Kimmence previously worked.

Portsmouth Crown Court heard Kimmence took the clients on when the business stopped operating, falsely claiming he was authorised to provide financial services.
The judge at his last hearing warned his crime could warrant a stint behind bars.
Kimmence’s lawyer Craig Harris said he was a young man of good character and asked the sentence be suspended.
He added: “He is seeking to reimburse the losses he has caused.”
