A PLACE in the Sun guest was left unimpressed after laying eyes on a balcony unfit for purpose.
Presenter Laura Hamilton experienced a tense moment as she showed a guest mediocre features of a property in Wednesday's episode.
Laura was hoping to help Teresa find her dream home in the Algarve in Portugal.
Being born in Portugal but brought up in the UK, Teresa desired to move back to her cultural roots and find a home with a budget of £115,000.
Laura showed her to a two-bedroom apartment in Portimao which had a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a family bathroom, and a communal garden.
But Teresa was not blown away by the "Juliette" balcony and said it was a shame you "couldn't get a chair" on it and enjoy the outdoor private space.

Teresa commented: "They are pretty but they are not very functional, you couldn't really do anything with them.
"You couldn't put a table out there, you have got the air coming in but that's about it, isn't it?"
She added: "I like the feeling of space but it does need a few bits doing to it and I think because it's at the top end of my budget I wouldn't have room to do that."

Later, Laura wins Teresa over with property number five, a three-bedroom townhouse in Lagos that was 200 years old and full of character.
She was sold by the spacious garden and majestic fireplace.
Despite being on the market for £117,000, Teresa managed to get it cheaper at £106,500.
