The former reality star took to Instagram to post a photo of herself proudly celebrating the successful surgery.
She beamed alongside a vase of flowers while dressed in a hospital gown and cap.
Clare captioned the post: "Surgery is officially done + I am on the road to healing!."
She also thanked her medical team "for making me so incredibly comfortable throughout this whole process."
Clare added: "It wasn’t an easy decision, but they truly are the most compassionate team who truly want to help women like me heal from BII (Breast Implant Illness).
"On top of that, having the overwhelming support and love from family and friends has just meant the world to me.
"Having you all give me a boost when my brain has slipped into moments of doubt, truly lifted me up."
Clare finished the post by writing: "And so I will continue to pass It on to anyone else who needs to hear this… our body shape does not define us or make us any less lovable or worthy.
"We are perfectly made just the way we are!"
A NEW CLARE
She later took to her Instagram Stories to show fans her recovery and posed in a mirror selfie to show her bandaged chest and two plastic containers attached to her breast with liquid in them.
Clare wrote: "I still feel amazing. No pain meds. And the best thing so far... no itchy rashes anymore.
"I had them for five years on and off. My skin feels incredible #herefor the rightreasons."
Clare, 40, spoke about her "uphill battle" in a nearly seven-minute emotional video on where she told fans she was having her breast implants removed.
The ex TV star revealed her skin had "been having really bad hives and rash. My whole body is just inflamed and itchy. I’ve had blood test after blood test."
SCARY TIMES

Claire discovered that behind one of her implants "was a huge packet of fluid.”
After discovering she has had "fluid sacks," Claire said: "My body is fighting them.

"Here's the deal. It’s all making sense. It's all coming together.”
Claire mentioned she spoke to fiancé , 32, the other day and he said that her "boobs are not what make her beautiful."
'I WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH'
The star previously opened up about .
She revealed: "Self-love is the act of giving a voice to your truth. So here is mine. As a child of sexual abuse, my young adult years were spent in unhealthy relationships feeling unworthy of the good ones.
"It was a vicious cycle because the more I chose the wrong men who treated me poorly, the more I believed I wasn’t good enough."
Clare continued: "Enter the breast implants. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t excited to get them, but the truth is it was money that would have been better spent on therapy to heal my wounded heart.
"I ended up spending the money on therapy anyway, cut to now. A woman who has learned to love herself deeply on the inside knows her worth, and will fight for herself no matter what."
The TV personality added that she's "learned the toxicity that these implants can cause on our bodies as it has done to mine."
"So I am stepping away from something that no longer serves me… not my heart, and certainly not my health..."
