Teen Mom Briana DeJesus accuses Kailyn Lowry of ‘harassing & silencing’ her with ‘meritless’ defamation lawsuit
TEEN Mom star Briana DeJesus has accused co-star Kailyn Lowry of "harassing and silencing" her with a defamation lawsuit, The Sun can exclusively report.
Kailyn, 29, , 27, last month for allegedly “humiliating” her when she publicly claimed the mom of four assaulted her third baby daddy, Chris Lopez.
The attorney wrote: “She verifiably was arrested for this, and her arrest garnered media attention.”
The Sun exclusively confirmed with local police that for "hitting Chris several times with a closed first" in an argument over their 4-year-old son Lux's haircut. ()
Briana's lawyer called Kailyn’s lawsuit "meritless" and demanded she pay his client's legal fees. He also requested the entire lawsuit be dismissed.
Briana claimed Kailyn because she attacked Chris, and broke into his mother's home.
Kailyn claimed the "false" statements “threaten” her “ability to earn a living.”
The MTV star claimed she suffered “the impairment of her reputation and standing in the community, personal humiliation, and mental anguish.”
She requested $30,000, reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees, and a jury trial.
Until now, Briana has remained mum about the lawsuit, about "putting your money where your mouth is."
Briana's sister , and called her a "Karen" for suing a "person of color."
