Who is Brett Staniland on Love Island 2021?
LOVE ISLAND is nearing the grand finale - but not before another bombshell looks to cause chaos in the villa.
Just 24 hours after Aaron Simpson and Priya Gopaldas had the Islanders sweating over their couples, Brett Staniland is now looking to shake things up once again.
Who is Brett Staniland?
Brett Staniland is a 27-year-old PhD student and model from Derbyshire and has joined Love Island on Day 38.
And if any of the villa ladies fall for the charming exercise and health pupil, they will enjoy the extra eye candy when he takes them home.
That's because Brett has an identical twin brother - Scott - revealing before entering the villa: "We're mirror twins. Our hair naturally parts the other way, I'm left handed, he's right handed, I'm he's left footed and I'm right footed.
"There's some blemishes on our skin which are perfectly opposite. I'm older by two minutes.
"There's some very peculiar questions I get asked, like if I hit you, will he feel it?"
But thankfully for the Island girls, the two brothers "don't date the same person" so they won't be caught kissing the wrong twin.
However, if there wasn't already enough footballers in the villa - Toby Aromoloran plays for YouTube-turned-non-league club Hashtag United and new boy Aaron Simpson was on the books at Wolves - Brett has previously crossed the white line.

He added: "We [him and his brother] played together all the way through. We played some non-league football and semi-professionally for some teams.
"I started my PhD and then we were scouted to work in the fashion industry."
And if that wasn't enough, he can wow the girls with some Spanish in Majorca, having spent the past two years in Madrid as part of his course.

Who does Brett Staniland want to couple with?
He may be the new guy but he will not be afraid to step on people's toes - with eyes for Millie, despite being exclusive with Liam.
But Brett is not keeping his options limited, saying before entering the villa: "Kaz has been a recurring pick for me and maybe Mary.
"They all seem like really lovely people. I'd go and ask the question for sure. I want to know where their heads are at."
Yet, if he had his way, he would be living it up in Hollywood with his celebrity crush coming in the form of Jennifer Lopez.
