A PLACE in the Sun's Danni Menzies was left stunned after a buyer burst into tears halfway through a viewing.
Wednesday's edition of the Channel 4 show saw Danni meet Kim and Rob, who hoped to find their dream home in Andalucia, Spain.
The couple revealed they lived in a caravan in Derbyshire and were more bothered about outdoor space than indoor.
Danni was given a budget of £50,000 to work with and aimed to find the couple somewhere in the countryside with plenty of character and a nice view.
While the first property couldn't deliver the goods, the second one - a one-bedroom townhouse - left Kim in tears.
Taking in the 'knockout' view, Kim struggled to keep her composure, and when Danni asked if she was alright, she replied: "I always thought people who cried on this program were really sad but I'm blown away here."
As she took in the mountain view, Danni told the couple the property had a terrace on the east side for the sunrise and another to the west for sunset.
Rob was just as impressed and said: "It's gorgeous."

It was on the market for £52,000 but Danni believed they could negotiate the figure down as it needed some renovations.
However, Kim and Rob discovered the property didn't have a living room, which wasn't ideal for the winter months, so they had to pass on the property despite the gorgeous view.
Thankfully the third property ticked all their boxes, providing a view and living room for £52,000.
The couple decided to offer £46,000 and while that was rejected, they eventually negotiated a sale for £48,000.
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 4pm on Channel 4.
