JERSEY Shore's Angelina Pivarnick looked unrecognizable as she films the new season after her plastic surgery makeover.

The New York native has underwent multiple procedures to alter her appearance over the years.

The 35-year-old took to her Instagram Stories to share her glammed look during filming of the reality show.

Angelina filmed herself on her way to set wearing a black top with a plunging neckline accessorized with a sparkling diamond cross choker necklace.

The TV star donned a full face of makeup and caramel highlights, later showing off the look in a video with a green screen as the backdrop.

The reality star recently admitted to getting plastic surgery including a boob job, a butt lift, and liposuction.

She previously explained in a show confessional: "... I also never ever got a nose job. Same nose since I was born. So nice try on that. I just contour it now with makeup!"

"MY ONLY SURGERY HAS BEEN MY BOOBS! Ask my plastic surgeon. He knows. I’ve gotten injections and that’s it!"

However, Angelina later decided to get a butt lift and lipo as well, as she live-streamed the process.

Last month, the star also shared she underwent a on her stomach saying it was "worth the hype" and she's had "amazing results."

Angelina wrote over another snap: "So far amazing results. Today is session #4, and my tummy is flatter!!! I even see crazy definition. More pics to follow when I get home."

MANY CHANGES

The TV personality has experienced many changes in her personal life lately, as it was that Angelina had filed for  from her husband Chris Larangeira.

Last month, Angelina admitted on an episode of  that there was “tons of resentment” in her marriage to her husband Chris Larangeira.

In a confessional, Angelina said: “We’re always going at each other.

“The resentment is there, but the now the non-trust is there, as well now because he moved out.”

She then slammed Chris for “running to social media” and complained that he posted a photo on Instagram of them, but covered her body by writing he was “living my best life.”

Back in the confessional, Angelina said: “We have a lot of work to do when we get home. A lot.”

TROUBLE IN PARADISE

 discovered papers had been filed by Angelina in January, although it’s not clear if she served Chris, 42, with the documents.

Angelina has been open she was having problems in her marriage to  during the current season of the MTV show.

The pair married in November 2019 in an extravagant televised wedding ceremony.
