Emmerdale fans convinced they have ‘worked out’ Sarah Sugden’s donor in Meena twist
EMMERDALE fans are convinced they’ve worked out the identity of Sarah Sugden’s heart donor.
Sarah - who is played by Katie Hill in the ITV soap - has been trying to track down the family of her donor recently after suffering from a health anxiety attack.
Last night’s episode saw Noah admit he’d found an article online that could help with the search.
Noah told Sarah: “It said a posh family in Leeds lost their daughter in a car crash."
When Sarah demanded to know when she'd died, Noah replied: "The day of your operation."
Emmerdale fans were left predicting that the donor, who Noah said was called Gemma Harris, could have been one of serial killer Meena’s victims.
Viewers know that Meena was responsible for the demise of her former best friend Nadine, who passed away from carbon monoxide poisoning while in a car.
Meena recently confided in Diane Sugden about how Nadine took her own life, but a newspaper clipping later revealed that she had actually died in suspicious circumstances.
Despite the different names, fans were left convinced there must be a connection between Sarah’s donor and Meena’s victim.

One fan said: "Just thought - Sarah's donor died in a car of some sort, well I saw something that said Meena talks to Sarah. Could the donor be the person who Meena killed?"
Another added: “Yes it could well be! I have never in my life seen as many coincidences happen as I have on Corrie and Emmerdale!"
A third chimed in: “Possibility with them all of a sudden bringing up Sarah's transplant! I just want Meena caught. I seriously don't like her character."
Next week, Lydia finds Sarah down in the dumps after meeting her donor’s sister.
Sarah is shocked when Chloe turns up out of the blue and tells Sarah whenever she’s ready to more more about Gemma, her late sister, she can.
Sarah insists she’s ready right now and Chloe shows her a photo of her donor.
When Lydia returns home, Sarah pretends she’s moved on and won’t be seeing Chloe again, before texting her and asking her to meet up the following day.
Later in the week, Sarah is evasive when Noah questions her and slips out to see Chloe.
Chloe asks to give Sarah a bracelet of Gemma’s but Sarah is torn.
She’s won over, however, when she spots the diamonds.
