A few months after her breakup with Haggerty, Burnett started dating a 25-year-old musician Slater Davis.
The BIP star went public with her new boyfriend telling at the time; she's "never been happier in my life."

"I'm so happy. I'm obsessed with him. He's the best ever. I feel like such a weird little sap, but he's the most incredible person I've ever met, and I can't get enough of him," Burnett told the outlet in February 2020.
The couple started dating after being introduced by Burnett's good friend and fellow Bachelor alum, Katie Morton.
"I was like, 'Oh no... he's so hot,'" Burnett remembered.
"Then we just literally got obsessed with each other in the day that we met. We haven't spent a day apart since. We're with each other all the time.
"We're just happy and I can't get enough of him. I never want to be not around him. I feel like such a weirdo because I'm not like this normally, but I'm just obsessed with him," she told the outlet.
"I just love Demi's brain the most, how she operates, what she thinks, says, feels," Davis told ET. "That's the hottest thing about her, honestly."
However, their fiery was short-lived as Burnett and Davis officially broke things off in the summer of 2020.
Burnett and Slater were together for only a month before people started quarantining for the , but they ultimately decided to stay together.
During her podcast, she explained how her relationship went sour during quarantine.
"Being with somebody who you just met like, a month ago, and then spending every single day together, both of us going stir-crazy and not being ourselves, not doing our normal routines, it really gets to people," she said.
"I love him, I'm crazy about him, he's wonderful, and it's just been really hard," she said.
