Saira Khan in fresh attack on Loose Women saying she ‘got little thanks’ and ‘felt s***’ after show aired
FORMER Loose Women star Saira Khan has gone on fresh attack on Loose Women claiming she "got little thanks" and often "felt s***" after the show aired.
The TV star, 51, has opened up about life after the ITV show after she dramatically quit in January.
Saira told : "I shared a lot about myself on that show - my abuse, adoption, arranged marriage and a lot of relationship stuff.
"You don't get a lot of thanks for that. My family hasn't asked to be related to someone famous but I felt I like I was putting them in a precarious situation."
She added that she would return home feeling "s***" about herself about some of the things she'd revealed.
Saira also revealed there were only FOUR of the famous panel that she still spoke to.
She said: "I'm really close to Coleen Nolan, Ruth Langsford, Linda Robson and Christine Lampard.
"Out of everyone, they're the people I'd invite round to my home and the ones I've got a relationship with."
Saira also appeared on the show with Janet Street-Porter, Stacey Solomon, Nadia Sawalha, Judi Love, Denise Welch, Gloria Hunniford and others.
She added: "There were some women that I just thought: 'I've got to just tolerate you to do the job and in real life you wouldn't be my friend.'
"They'd say the same about me.
The TV star joined the panel in 2015, after shooting to fame on The Apprentice. but stood down at the start of this year.
She announced the news in her Mirror column writing: "It'd certainly made me assess my priorities, values and how I want to move forward with my life. So I start this new year by saying goodbye to Loose Women."
