Is Silent Witness season 24 on iPlayer?

Season 24 episodes will drop on the at the same time they go out on BBC One.

This means you can't binge watch the new series all in one, unless you wait for it to air in full.

Good news though, you can stream every episode from season 1 to 23 right now on the iPlayer.

What will happen in Silent Witness season 24?

The new series focuses on a search for justice and revenge, as Thomas' colleagues attempt to avenge his untimely death.

The show lost Dr Thomas Chamberlain, played by Richard Lintern, at the end of season 23 - along with Clarissa Mullery, as the character and actress Liz Carr said they wanted to "focus less on the dead and more on the living”.

It also looks clear that the arrival of pathologist Adam Yeun, played by Jason Wong, will disturb the dynamic - and it's believed veterans Nikki (Emilia Fox) and Jack (David Caves) will take an instant dislike to the newbie.

Many fans are crossing their fingers that Nikki and Jack finally make their relationship romantic - but whether their wishes will come true remains to be seen.
