Rylan shares cryptic Instagram post about ‘people taking advantage of niceness’ after five-month break from limelight

RYLAN has shared a cryptic Instagram post about "people taking advantage" of his good nature following his five-month break from the limelight.

The attention-grabbing message also teased becoming "not nice at all", with the 32-year-old star sharing the saved post to his Story this evening.

The quote was presented without further comment from the TV favourite, and read: "What's wrong with being too nice?

"People will always try to take advantage of it until you aren't nice at all."

It is not known what Rylan is alluding to, and he hasn't posted anything further on his popular Instagram or Twitter pages.

Earlier this month, the star returned to work after a lengthy break from the spotlight.

Last week, he co-hosted The One Show alongside Ronan Keating, admitting at the time it was "exciting" to be back.

He'd previously returned to his Radio 2 show, and social media - and earlier today he confirmed he'll be hosting Strictly sister show It Takes Two with new host Janette Manrara from Monday.

Rylan took a big step back from the public eye this summer following his split from husband of six years, Dan Neal.

Speaking about his marriage break-up in an emotional statement at the time, Rylan told concerned fans: "I have made a number of mistakes which I deeply regret and have inevitably led to the breakdown of our marriage.

"I have taken time away from work as I am not in a good place at the moment and am seeking help.

"I am trying to take each day at a time and would like to say thank you to everyone for their support and for respecting our privacy at this time.”

Last month, however, The Sun revealed that Rylan and Dan appear to be rekindling their romance.
