GETTING A RISE

Bake Off fans in hysterics at Paul Hollywood’s cheeky sex joke – but did you spot it?

GREAT British Bake Off viewers were left in hysterics last night after Noel Fielding delivered a cheeky innuendo directed at Paul Hollywood.

The hilarity ensued after Prue Leith kissed one of the ciabatta breadsticks while judging the contestants' technical bakes, much to the amusement of Paul, as well as hosts Noel and Matt Lucas.

Moments later in the judges' tent, Noel saw his opportunity to deliver a cheeky bread-related quip and hilariously asked Paul: "Ever kissed a loaf? A bap? A muffin?"

To which a straight-faced Paul responded: "No! Never! What for? What's the point?"

Trying once more to get the 55-year-old giggling, Matt commented: "I bet you've stroked a croissant!"

And while the innuendos fell by the wayside in the tent, they left many at home laughing.

Taking to Twitter, one viewer penned: "Noel knew what he was doing when he asked Paul if he'd kissed a bap or muffin. 😂😂😂😂😂 #GBBO".

"Cue all the 'Paul can kiss my baps' jokes in every living room across the country #GBBO," another crudely remarked.

Aside from the hilarity, Bake Off viewers saw Rochica become the third contestant to leave The Great British Bake Off after failing to impress the judges.

Unfortunately, she couldn't rise to the challenge during bread week and admitted she was "disappointed" to leave the show early.

She said: "I was disappointed that I hadn't done as well I done in the practice sessions.

"I guess it's just the way it goes on the day, even though I had pulled them off quite well in the practice, it didn't work as well in the actual tent."

Elsewhere, Giuseppe was crowned star baker after he impressed the judges with his breakfast focaccia, won the technical challenge and wowed his fellow contestants with his fruit and veg-inspired milk bread Showstopper.
