Strictly’s Shirley Ballas tears into Craig Revel Horwood over jibes about her body saying ‘don’t make me feel bad’
STRICTLY Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas has revealed a bitter run-in with co-star Craig Revel-Horwood.
The 61-year-old explained that the pair clashed backstage on the BBC dance show after remarks he made about her body.
Craig is thought to have referred to her fake boobs during a promotional tour saying they were "hanging out".
Speaking to promote her new book Behind The Sequins she said he thought the remarks were funny - adding: "And I didn't."
She said: "I had a couple of run-ins with Craig in the early series, for remarks he made about my body, which he thought were funny and I didn't.
"I told him 'You don't need to make me feel bad about myself. I do a good job of that myself.' So we sorted that out and have been good friends ever since."
Speaking about her other friends on the judging panel she added: "I've known Motsi for over 25 years and we get on great.
"Anton I've known the longest, and saw him come up the ranks in ballroom. He's just a wonderful human being and a real charmer."

Craig has been a judge on Strictly since its very first series in 2004, marking his 19th turn on the show this year.
Shirley meanwhile joined as head judge in 2017 as a replacement for the departing Len Goodman.
The pair often disagree on screen, most recently over Tilly Ramsay's paso doble which he said "lacked drama".
She told 56-year-old Craig: "I have no idea what you're looking at!"
