A Place in the Sun viewers seriously distracted by Laura Hamilton’s lace dress
WHILE A Place In The Sun's Laura Hamilton was busy finding the perfect home for Joe and Fiona, viewers were too distracted by her outfit.
The married couple decided they wanted to make a permanent move to Kefalonia, Greece after falling in love with the island.
They had a budget of £250,000 to spend and wanted to find a place to live after they retired.
While they chatted by a crystal blue beach about their ideal home, viewers were 'struggling' to concentrate during Monday's episode.
The blamed Laura's outfit including an off-the-shoulder, white lace dress and beige wedges.
Some complained it looked like a wedding dress, while others moaned Laura would struggle getting around in her choice of shoes.
"Well simple really Laura wear proper traipsing shoes rather than looking like a wedding dress planner (sic)," wrote one fan on Twitter.
Another added their two cents: "Laura: 'I've got nothing to wear' Producer: 'What about your wedding dress?'"
And a third commented: "Is Laura off to get married after the show?!!"
The episode saw Joe and Fiona search around five different houses, and struggling to find something they liked.
They put in an offer for the fifth property they saw, but it was rejected by the owner.
Viewers' comments on Laura's outfit come after she warned 'there's c**p going on behind the smile' in a VERY frank Instagram video.
The 37-year-old - who has presented the Channel 4 show since 2012 - marked World Mental Health Day with a post about helping those who are down.
It lead to many of her fans messaging to see if she was OK, which prompted Laura to take to her Instagram Stories to explain.
She said: "I just wanted to come on here and post this story this morning because I had a few people contact me yesterday saying, 'Laura is everything OK?'
"It was World Mental Health day yesterday and like lots of us on social media, I choose to post a lot of the glamorous things in my life.
"Whether I'm travelling abroad to sunny destinations or I'm glammed up for an event, obviously on my social media, I post that."
She continued: "I don't often post when there's c**p going on in my life or I'm busy running a business.
"[Or] I'm running around after children, which I was doing a lot this weekend, but that isn't to say that there isn't stuff going on in my life.
"Sometimes I choose not to talk about it to protect the people around me and out of respect."
Laura, who shares two children with husband Alex Goward, captioned the post: "Behind the smile there can be c**p too, so be kind."
