Love Island’s Liam Reardon reveals plans to quit fame for very different job after winning show
LOVE Island winner Liam Reardon is hoping to make his millions as a property tycoon.
The Welsh reality TV hunk is starting up his own property business to buy, renovate and then sell houses in his home country of Wales.
What's more the former brickie wants his dad and all his old mates to come work for him.
Liam, who won this year's ITV2 dating show with Millie Court, revealed: "I loved being a brickie before winning Love Island so I want to go into the property business.
"I've started looking but will focus on the business in the New Year. I'll start off in Wales because the house prices are a lot cheaper there. Plus that's the area where I have all my mates in the same industry. There's an electrician, plumber, carpenter. They can all help and get involved in the business.
"My dad is in the property business too so can give me advice and help out. He's my inspiration for wanting to do it."
Liam, 22, from Methyr Tydfil, South Wales, then hopes to branch out into buying in Essex where he has just moved to with Millie, 24.
He said: "Hopefully I'll then be able to start doing up properties in Essex and other places. I am driven to be successful and feel passionate about property."

Liam and Millie have just moved into a £1m four-bedroom Essex's apartment. But the telly fave admitted he was already getting homesick because he missed Wales, and its sheep.
Liam said: "I am a Welsh boy from the Valley's and proud of it. I am missing home and do get homesick sometimes.
"Essex is so flat. I miss the hills and mountains, the Welsh accents and the sheep. I am finding being in Essex a bit of a shock to the system but you have to make sacrifices in life and this is one of them. We are spending Christmas in Wales so that will be nice."
After spending two-months sharing a bed on Love Island the besotted couple already know each other's annoying habits.
Liam said: "We are loved-up and still very much in the honeymoon stage. "We only argue about the petty little things.
"She has a go at me because I snore terribly."Millie always leaves the toothpaste lid off and it goes dry and I hate that. She is also quite messy."
The TV lovebirds have temporarily moved back out of their new home just days after moving in because it currently has no furniture, wifi or TV.
Liam said: "We haven't bought, we are just renting for now. "We just need to get it decorated as we don't have anything at the moment.
"I am leaving the decorating decisions to Millie. "If I want anything in the apartment I have to run it past Millie because she has the last say."
Liam was promoting the £30m handed out by the National Lottery every single week for local good causes.
