Doctor Who viewers all have the same complaint as show ends on agonising cliffhanger

DOCTOR Who fans have slammed Sunday’s night’s episode and dubbed the series so far as “boring” and “confusing”.

Viewers of the sci-fi series watched as the Doctor travelled through various time streams to save her friends during the span of different decades.

Viewers soon took to Twitter to air the frustration about the series so far

Left bewildered by the storyline, many took to Twitter to air their frustration and claimed the episode, as well as the new series itself, was “a complete mess”.

One disgruntled fan fumed: “Genuinely, as a massive fan of Doctor Who for many, many years, I can safely say that I have absolutely no idea what is going on.”

Alongside a confused faced emoji, another questioned: “Is anybody enjoying or understanding this series of Doctor Who? 

“I’m literally giving up during the first 20 minutes or so each week.”

A third viewer commented: “I’m so confused. In fact, I’ve been confused by every single episode. 

“I fear this series is a case of way, way too many plotlines.” 

Putting the icing on the cake, another fumed: “Does anyone actually understand where the hell this mess of a series is going?”

Previously, The Sun reported how the legendary weeping angels would make a chilling return as Jodie Whittaker rounds off her time as the Time Lord.

Show boss Steven Moffat , which first appeared on the BBC show in 2007, in August.

The Doctor Who creator made the confession after it was revealed Jodie would quit from her role as the first female Doctor after this series.

Steven said: “It breaks my heart when a Doctor Who resigns.

“But it’s too soon to be sad, there’s going to be a whole new season of Jodie’s Doctor. And she’s going to fight the Weeping Angels.”

Doctor Who will return to BBC One at 6.25pm on Sunday, 5 December.
