TOWIE’s Ella Wise makes explosive return to filming after axe to record show’s Christmas special

AFTER being axed during the mass cull of stars earlier this year, it's been confirmed Ella Wise will make an explosive return for the show's Christmas special.

Ella, 20, was among names including Nicole Bass and Clelia Theodorou who it was revealed would not be back for the latest series.

But it seems TOWIE producers have had a change of heart - with Ella filming scenes for the festive episodes this week.

Ella's former best friend Chloe Brockett survived the axing and recently shared a snap from behind the scenes of the ITVBe reality show, revealing her friends Chloe Meadows and Courtney Green have also returned.

The last time fans saw Ella and Chloe Brockett on screen together was during the explosive series 27 finale, when the girls proved that - even a year after their initial fall-out - things between them hadn't started to thaw.

Chloe took offence to Ella wishing Joey Turner good luck as he headed off to university, saying: "I’ve just got to say I don’t know what language you’re speaking because it honestly sounds like fluent bullsh-t. You’ve not been around him in literally a year."

When Ella hit back that it didn't stop her from wishing him well, Chloe quipped: "You’re not excited for him though, are you? Because you’re not his friend."

It ended with Chloe storming off, insisting that Ella isn't a "sincere" person, so it seems likely that they'll be picking things up where they left off during the Christmas shows.

Especially as their feud continued off screen, when Ella was asked by a fan in an Instagram Q&A whether she and Chloe could patch things up.

Instead of answering, Ella posted a quote that read: "I know who I can trust & who I need to keep a distance with. Whether I say anything or let you be fake, I know."
