James ‘Arg’ Argent looks slimmer than ever as he teams up with Gogglebox’s Tom Malone Jnr for dance lesson
FORMER The Only Way Is Essex star James Argent showed off his slim frame as he teamed up with Gogglebox’s Tom Malone Jr for a dance lesson.
The reality TV stars could be seen having a boogie to Sister Sledge’s The Greatest Dancer in a hilarious new video posted to Instagram.
Arg, 33, and Tom, 26, both donned patterned shirts and dark sunglasses as they shimmied and shook for the camera at the Essex native’s home.
The new friends, who are set to perform in upcoming E4 show The Real Dirty Dancing, looked to be getting some much-needed practice in.
The ex-Gogglebox favourite and Towie legend shook hands as they approached the make-shift dance floor, smiling as they showcased their best 70s moves.
Arg struck a disco pose and shook his hips whilst Tom span on the spot and did the moonwalk before coming together to two step and shimmy across the screen.
“Who’s the Greatest Dancer?” James captioned the video, before joking of their private lesson: “Had to teach my good mate @tommalonejr a few new moves.”
But fans were most blown away by the Towie star’s noticeably trimmer frame and flooded the compliments to praise him over his incredible weight loss.
“Looking bloody amazing, Arg,” one fan wrote, as a second chimed in: “Oooh Arg, you beautiful slinky boy. A new post was a long time coming.”
“Looking so slim and trim, Arg. Really great to see,” gushed a third, as a fourth agreed: “Arg you look really good, well done on your weight loss journey.”
Others joked that the video was just the start of James’ new passion for dancing, and suggested they could “see him on Strictly next year”.
James and Tom have been working hard on their moves behind the scenes as they are set to be part of new E4 dancing show The Real Dirty Dancing.
Images previously revealed Towie’s James Argent and Anthea Turner ahead of The Sun spilling the beans on the full line-up.
The show will see the famous faces try to learn all the moves from the movie starring Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey.
Filming will take place at a stunning lakeside location – just like in the film – as the stars battle it out to be the last couple standing and recreate the iconic lift.
Ashley Roberts and Keith Lemon are hosting the latest E4 reality show, which will air next year.
It comes after James revealed he had lost an incredible 11 stone as he feared he was eating himself to death after bingeing on fast food, fizzy drinks and snacks.
