Josh Duggar’s alleged text messages prove he was at car lot when child sex abuse material was downloaded
JOSH Duggar’s alleged text messages help prove he was at the car lot when child sex abuse materials were downloaded back in May 2019.
The former Counting On star is currently on trial in Fayetteville, Arkansas for two counts of child pornography stemming from his April 2021 arrest.
The alleged texts discussed cars and some included photos of vehicles from the lot.
A program used in court showed that the location of where the photos were taken was at the used car dealership.
On May 11, 2019, texts were sent from Josh's phone to his employee Joshua Williams at 5.58pm and 5.59pm, discussing a car.
Photos were sent from the car lot at that time, as well.
On the same day, Linux/Ubuntu was installed on the computer to create the partition at 5.47pm, according to testimony at the trial.

On May 13, 2019, a photo was taken on Josh's iPhone at 3:06pm at the car lot.
Soon after, TOR browser to access the dark web was downloaded.
Then on May 14, 2019, photos were taken at the car lot at 4.14pm, 4.20pm, 4.25pm and 6.01pm.
In one of the photos, those in court could see a person's reflection in the computer screen wearing a Wholesale Motorcars hat.
Then at 4.49pm, a text from Josh's phone read "got stuck here," referring to the car lot.
Torrent files were downloaded on the Linux partition side of the computer soon after at 5.28pm and 5.38pm that depicted two explicit videos of minor girls ages 8-10 years old, according to the testimony.
More photos from the car lot were taken on the phone at 6.04pm and 6.07pm.
Just a couple of hours later at 8:14pm, photos on Josh's phone showed him and his wife Anna shopping for doors at Lowes.
They even took a selfie, where Josh, 33, was wearing the same hat seen in the reflection of the computer screen earlier in the day.
On May 15, a text from Josh's phone read at 5.01pm "I'm here" and at 5.08pm "will be here till 6."
Child pornography videos and images were downloaded at 5.22pm, 5.25pm, 5.30pm, 5.32pm and 5:41pm.
Similar evidence was shown for May 16, 2019, as well.
During the questioning at the trial on Friday, James alleged to the prosecutor: "Josh Duggar was at the car lot every time child pornography was downloaded.”
IN SUPPORT OF JOSH
Some of Josh's family members have been showing up to support Josh during the court hearings this week.
In addition to his wife Anna, 33, his brother-in-law Derick Dillard watched from the first row at all three days of trial.
Derick is married to Josh's younger sister Jill, who was included on the potential witness list for the trial.
'THE WORST OF THE WORST'
On Thursday, it was revealed that there was an exceptionally horrific video file found on Josh's HP desktop computer of a "3-month-old."
Only the file name was present on the computer when seized by authorities, as the witness explained there is evidence the video existed at one time.
The prosecution explained that this computer was associated with Josh's name and address.
In a folder that contained 65 thumbnail files, the child pornography was discovered.
Josh has been accused of possessing sick images of child pornography, which have been described as some of "the worst of the worst" that authorities had ever seen.
He pleaded not guilty.
The former reality star faces up to 20 years in prison if found guilty.
Trial is expected to last until mid next week.
