IT’S time to play spot the bawl again, as weird and wonderful game show The Masked Singer gears up for a new series.
The ITV contest will once more feature 12 celebrities hiding under crazy costumes and singing for a star panel and viewers at home — who will then wrack their brains trying to figure out who is inside.

Aiming to join previous winners Nicola Roberts — who appeared as Queen Bee — and Joss Stone — alias Sausage — are the 12 new hopefuls concealed inside another amazing collection of creative costumes.
This time a glittering chandelier will compete against a penguin, a mushroom and a traffic cone.
Other contenders include a snow leopard, a stack of doughnuts and an exotic lionfish. A set of bagpipes, a panda, a poodle and a firework will also each be masking a celeb, and the line-up is completed by nightmare rabbit Robobunny.
More than ten million viewers watched the final of series two in February, when singer Joss won.
Before the start of series three in the New Year, today we kick off the Masked Singer guessing game. While some celebrities’ identities have a costume clue — think ex-Nottingham Forest footballer Teddy Sheringham as a tree — that is not always the case.
