Who are the Walk The Line judges?
SIMON Cowell is back with a brand new musical competition - but this time around, he'll be staying behind the scenes as a producer.
Instead, the mogul has assembled a team of celebrity judges to make all the quips and snarky comments for him on new show, Walk The Line.
Who are the Walk The Line judges?
Walk The Line will follow acts as they battle it out for a £500,000 prize.
However, there's a twist as the contestants have to choose between cashing out or risking it all in the hopes of staying in the competition.
The four judges who get to decide who stays and who goes are:
Gary Barlow
Take That star Gary Barlow is heading up the judging panel, despite Simon Cowell's initial plans to take up the role himself.
Despite rumours of a feud, Simon and Gary look like they've put any bad blood behind them, as Cowell had nothing but positive things to say about the star.
Simon said: "Gary's musical pedigree is second to none.
"And we have known each other a long time now, so I am delighted that he is picking up the baton for me for the first series of Walk The Line.
"I know he will do a fantastic job."
Alesha Dixon
Britain's Got Talent star Alesha Dixon will be joining Gary on the star-studded judging panel.
However, the 43-year-old has already been forced to miss filming after coming into contact with someone who had tested positive for Covid-19.
Alesha confirmed that she would be appearing via video link for some of the six-part series.
Dawn French
Actress and comedian Dawn French, who's starred in hit shows including The Vicar Of Dibley and sketch show French And Saunders, is helping to judge the musical acts on Walk The Line.
She's expressed her delight at joining the show, saying: "I'm far too excited to be part of this show - I've decided to wear double knickers at all times..."
Craig David
Legendary DJ and musician Craig David rounds out the judging panel.
An insider said that Cowell and his team were especially keen to bag David for the role, describing him as an "icon of the British music industry" who would add "real credibility to the panel".
Craig, who has been in the music industry for more than twenty years, had previously performed on Cowell's hit show The X Factor.
