Jill Duggar looks ‘so sad’ as she arrives to court for first time as verdict expected in Josh’s child pornography trial
JILL Duggar looked "so sad" as she arrived in court for the first time for her brother Josh's child pornography trial.
The Counting On alum, 30, was joined by her husband Derick Dillard at the hearing - where it is believed Josh will receive a guilty or not guilty verdict today.
A Sun reporter inside the trial revealed Jill walked in looking "so sad" and sat in the front row with Derick next to her sister Jessa and father Jim Bob.
She spoke to Jessa, while Jim Bob it seemed serious and Derick looked straight ahead and didn't talk to anyone.
When Anna and Josh walked in they gave each other a hug. Anna then spotted Jill and gave her sister-in-law a hug too.
Josh came back to the gallery to hug Jill and shake Derick's hand. Justin also embraced Jill.
The reporter observed that "everyone seemed really happy to see her" and were "complimenting" her newly-dyed blond hair.
The Duggar family looked somber later on as prosecutor Carly Marshall gave her closing arguments.
Jill "looked like she was trying not to cry as Derick sat with his arm around her".
Also in attendance were Josh's siblings, Joy-Anna, Jason, Justin and his wife Claire Spivey.

Jill was expected to testify this week in Josh's court hearing along with their brother Jedidiah - however, both ended up not taking the stand.
Jill and Jedidiah, 32, were on the witness list, but did not end up appearing for the defense or prosecution.
Josh's trial began last Wednesday for two counts of downloading and possessing child pornography stemming from his April 2021 arrest.
The 33-year-old, who has pleaded not guilty, has been accused of possessing images of child pornography, which have been described as some of "the worst of the worst" that authorities had ever seen.
If found guilty, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
TENSE ENVIRONMENT
Jill's husband Derick had an "awkward" run-in with the patriarch of the family Jim Bob while attending the trial on Tuesday.
The tension between Derick, Jill, and Jim Bob dates back years.
In 2015, it was revealed that Jill along with sister Jessa, were two of five female minors Josh had allegedly molested in the early 2000s.
