THIS Morning’s Alison Hammond left Dermot O’Leary blushing with a VERY cheeky gag about his bulge.

The pair exchanged gifts on today’s show, their last of 2021, and Alison, 46, gave Dermot, 48, some boxer shorts.

The garment had Alison’s face all over it, and she joked as she handed them over: “They might not be big enough! According to, er… speculation.”

Dermot replied: “I need a size large.”

As well as the boxers, Alison gifted Dermot a mug with her face on and a doorbell.

With a large speaker attached, every time Dermot’s doorbell rings, Alison’s infamous laugh will be heard.

Dermot was thrilled and kept pressing the button in the studio, filling it with his co-hosts’ giggles.

Viewers were loving the moment, with one writing on Twitter: “Aw, man! I love Alison and Dermot. I laughed the first 10 minutes more than I laughed all week.”

Another added: “Thank goodness happy Alison and Dermot are on today. I’m already smiling. Josie has been on too… it’s a perfect show so far!”

A third tweeted: “Dermot and Alison are the duo that I need on this Feel Good Friday. Absolutely love them, what a great treat!”

Meanwhile it was revealed Alison and fellow This Morning star Josie Gibson will be spending Christmas together.

On today’s show Dermot said: “If I didn’t have a family and stuff, I’d be absolutely around yours this Christmas.”

Alison replied: “Well you’re more than welcome – Josie’s coming if you want to come over. Maybe about six in total, hopefully fingers crossed government. Hopefully yes, six.”
