And worst of all - her not eating is stopping her body from being able to heal her injuries.

The doctors warned her this week that she was risking the skin grafts being successful if she didn’t consume enough calories.

Having lied to everyone around her, tonight it became too much.

When Manpreet turned up to speak to Rishi, Priya tried to see her off but was too weak and collapsed.

The GP took her inside and got her to open up about what was going on.

But after breaking down in tears and admitting what she was going through to Manpreet, Priya insisted she could cope.

“I’ve got a psychologist and a dietician at the hospital. I know everything I should be doing.

“I’ve just got myself into a bad routine that’s all. I’ve been here before, I know how it works.”

Priya demanded Manpreet keep it a secret from Rishi.

But Manpreet made it clear Priya should tell her father.

“I’m not lying for you Priya,” she said.

“You either tell him tonight or I’ll do it for you.”

Fans are devastated for Priya.

One wrote: "At least Priya let Manpreet help her. That's one small step in the road to recovery. She just needs to open up to her family now."

A second said: "Aww Priya get some help."

Another added: "My heart breaks for Priya. She is struggling so much."
