Farrah celebrated the holiday with a video of her and her daughter out on a balcony in Hollywood, California.

The Teen Mom OG alum wore a silver, sequined dress and pale pink nails, and she wore nude-colored lipstick and a bit of eye make-up.

As for her hair, she decided to just leave it all down for the night.

Fans were more focused on Sophia's look for the evening, though, which consisted of a black dress and black leather jacket, with long, black fake nails to match.

Like her mom, she wore her hair, which is partially dyed purple, down and in a middle part.

In the short clip, Farrah told fans: “We’re wishing you a happy New Year from Hollywood. Happy 2022.”

She then added, while shooting some confetti and blowing on noisemakers: “It’s popper time now, y’all! Woo!

“…Wish you a year of resilience and joy from Sophia and I.”

FANS SOUNDS OFF

One shocked follower wrote: “Omg Sophia's Nails!”

Another couldn’t believe what they were seeing, either, writing sarcastically: “Nice nails for a 12 year old.”

Others felt bad for the “poor kid” and said she looked “so uncomfortable” in the video with her mom.

Some just said Sophia overall looked “way too grown for her age” and that she’s “way too young to have hair dye and acrylics.”

Aside from fake nails, Sophia, in the video, also showed off her new purple hair, which she’s been sporting for a few weeks now.

GOING PURPLE

When Sophia first revealed her new hair color, fans blasted Farrah for allowing her to make such a drastic change to her appearance.

In a TikTok video, the tween wore a black robe and showed that her hair originally had red streaks in it.

After bouncing up and down, Sophia revealed her new purple, wavy hairstyle.

The caption stated that Sophia's hair was "inspired by the Royals."

One angry fan mentioned that Farrah's daughter was "growing up way too fast."

Another angry fan said: "Poor kid is going to need so much therapy."

The ex MTV star has often been slammed as a bad mother by fans, some of whom previously claimed that she was sexualizing Sophia.

InIn November, Farrah was seen twerking with her pre-teen, at the camera in her kitchen.

The duo moved from side to side with their arms in the air.
