RHOBH’s Erika Jayne slammed as ‘ridiculous’ by fans for selling $700 DIY hair extensions amid star’s fraud lawsuit
REAL Housewives of Beverly Hill's Erika Jayne angered fans with the price of her newest business endeavor of expensive hair extensions.
The Bravo star recently opened up about her money struggles due to her divorce from ex Tom Girardi and their fraud lawsuit.
Erika announced the release of her clip-in hair extensions on her company's Instagram page over the weekend.
The 50-year-old of her donning the long blonde extensions while wearing a long-sleeve black leotard, stockings, and black leather boots.
The star is looking away from the camera with a full face of glam as the bottom strands of her hair blow in the wind.
She captioned the post: "NEW YEAR! NEW YOU! NEW HAIR!!
WWW.PRETTYMESSHAIR.COM IS LIVE."
In a , the beauty brand shared another shot of the TV star showcasing her long locks.
Erika wore a long leopard trench coat and matching heels, paired with black leggings for the photoshoot.

'WHAT A JOKE'
Many fans took to the comments section to bash the TV personality for her costly products with one writing: "Too expensive - you can buy these exact same extensions on Amazon - save your money hunny"
Another dissatisfied customer wrote: "Pricing doesn’t seem legit at allllll for clip ins."
A third person agreed commenting: "Low down the price, then maybe you'll sell out faster don't forget we're in a pandemic and you're targeting a niche consumer with the prices because in all honesty the 1% would definitely be able to afford these extensions."
One chimed in replying: "$700 for clip-in extensions that's so ridiculous! I paid $300 - $400 but no way I'm spending $700."
While a fifth person had the same thoughts writing: "What a joke your prices are. Beverly Hills prices that's for sure!"

MONEY TROUBLES
Erika confessed to having financial troubles on an episode of RHOBH after she was sued $25 million in her ex-husband Tom's fraud case.
During the episode, Erika admitted that she currently has "zero dollars" to her name.
While talking to Kyle Richards, 52, she said: "I did read this morning that the bankruptcy trustees want to take the house and possibly evict Tom, so we’ll see.
"I’m out here rebuilding my life, but girl, I have zero dollars. And by the time those trustees are done with him, there will be nothing... So I walk out of this with nothing."
Erika continued: “And I said that to my lawyers the other day, and I said, ‘I expect nothing.’
"And one of my lawyers looked at me and said, ‘That is the most courageous thing I’ve ever heard.’
"Every day brings a brand new disaster. It’s just full of f**king bulls**t."
LEGAL DRAMA
Erika’s ex and his law firm, Girardi Keese, were previously accused of embezzling funds from multiple families who lost loved ones in a 2018 Boeing plane crash.
The 82-year-old was later sued by his business partners, which resulted in a chapter 7 bankruptcy petition in December.
Despite claiming she was not aware of Tom’s wrongdoings, Erika has found herself at the center of the legal drama.
