LOVE Island's Joe Garratt unrecognisable as he reveals secret 3st weight loss and treatment to fix loose skin.
The reality star, 25, shot to fame on the fifth season of the ITV2 reality show in 2019.
When Joe entered the villa three years ago, not only did he catch the eye of fellow Islander Lucie Donlan, but he won over the hearts of the nation with his cheeky personality, curly locks and amazing physique.
But he's not always had chiseled abs and muscular arms because he managed to drop an impressive three stone after hitting the gym and clean eating.
And now he's trying to tighten the skin that become loose after losing 20kg.
Joe exclusively told The Sun: “I used to be a lot bigger and dropped a lot of weight quite quickly through training and eating healthy.
"So always had a bit of loose skin under my chin, I’m just trying to tighten that really. Plus I think it’s good to take care of your skin, it’s the biggest organ on our body at the end of the day!"
The former semi-professional rugby player opened up about how he put on weight.
Joe explained: “It was after my knee surgery from playing rugby. I literally laid in bed for like 8 weeks just eating food to make me feel better. Was inevitable really.
"Then the recovery process was so long so couldn’t train properly for a while to help me lose it.
"That’s why when I could train again I really focussed on my diet and dropping the weight.”
Back in the first coronavirus lockdown in May 2020, Joe impressed fans with a video montage of his amazing transformation from teen to TV hunk.
He joked to his followers that he had his own version of a "glow up: or rather, a "Joe Up".
The vid shows the former sandwich man changing from a youngster with a round face and short hair, to the hot reality star we now know.

Speaking about his school days, Joe revealed he wasn't quite the hit with the ladies he is now.
He confessed: "I’ve only had one girlfriend – that was when I was 19 to about 21.
"I didn’t have any relationships before that I was a slightly chubbier child. I was the friend."
The curly haired hunk certainly doesn't have any issues with dating anymore and has been linked to a number of beauties over the years.
